Due to the complexities of real estate management, Mimi Song Realty Group has invested in the invaluable commitment of support to local cities, counties, state and national governments. We have strong ties and close relationships with many of the most influential public figures. Our firm and its advisors are members of a number of local and national builder and developer associations. By regularly attending planning commission meetings and public hearings, we are able to advise our clients on the status of proposed projects. Feedback from the decision makers and community members adds great value in knowing how to effectively invest and when to dispossess the asset to maximize value. Mimi Song Realty Group continuously supports a number of charitable organizations as well.
Mimi was recently appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to California’s commission on Asian and Pacific Island Americans (APIA) affairs. Her role is to create a coalition of Pacific Americans and business leaders to communicate with the California state government and the Governor. Mimi Song is co-founder of the Inland Empire chapter of the New Majority and serves on the Board of Directors for New Majority California.
