Mimi Song is CEO of Mimi Song Realty Group (MSRG), a commercial real estate brokerage company, with offices in Los Angeles, Ontario, Victorville, and Orange County. MSRG is a franchise of Sperry Van Ness, one of the largest and most respected real estate brokerage firms in the United States. Ms. Song has served as Vice President of Sperry Van Ness for many years, specializing in investment, sales, entitlement and development of land throughout Southern California.

Specializing in market knowledge and political processes, Mimi is able to determine and assist her clients on the highest and best use of real estate. John Reeder joined Mimi Song Realty Group through its merger with The Inland Company, Inc, a company he founded based on a vision to create a new model for land brokerage and real estate consulting. Johns background includes a diverse range of experience in land development and land brokerage.
Prior to founding The Inland Company, John oversaw acquisitions, and was an entitlement project manager for United Engineering Group, a regional engineering firm, and its syndication client, The McRae Group. John oversaw due diligence studies for McRae Group syndications and was actively involved in attaining entitlement approvals in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Kern county. Johnâ€™s experience as a project manager and as head of the acquisitions team for an engineering firm gives him insight into land deals which few brokers have.
John also developed the Land Information System that is the core of the Mimi Song Realty Group marketing system. The industry leading Land Information System provides a centralized method for evaluating property potential and value, as well as creating marketing materials for land deals.

Mr. Bradley primarily focused on Texas real estate market. Officed in San Antonio, he is able to reach a broad territory. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and is a licenced real estate agent in Nevada and California. Mr. Bradley has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years. During his tenure, he has sold, leased and developed properties for most every use. Mr. Bradley is president and founder of Land Pro Associates Inc., a residential and commercial land development company with projects in Nevada and Texas.
In addition to his multi-faceted real estate ventures, Mr. Bradley serves on the Executive Committee for the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, the Government Affairs Committee and liason to Randolph Air Force Base for the Greater San Antonio Builder's Association and he's a member of the Texas Association of Builders. The year 2009 marks the tenth year Mr. Matt Brown has worked in the land brokerage business. Prior to joining Mimi Song Realty Group, Inc., Mr. Brown worked for The Hoffman Company where he served as Vice President for many years. Previous employment included large international companies such as Toshiba, EDS and Baxter Healthcare.
With close to $300 million in real estate sales through the past six years, Mr. Brown has been praised for identifying investment opportunities in multiple markets throughout Southern California. Having closed transactions in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Kern Counties, his current deals have expanded into Imperial, San Diego and Santa Barbara Counties. Previous and present clients include developers, financial institutions, home builders, investors and utility-scaled wind and solar energy development firms. Land transactions ranged from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions depending upon land use designations. Whether commercial, office, industrial or residential uses, Mr. Brown has successfully completed transactions through various deal structures including 1031 exchanges, long and short term options, seller financing and non-performing bank notes. He has sold Master Planned Communities throughout the Inland Empire and has continuously sought cooperative efforts with other brokerage firms to successfully complete transactions during the challenging times of the current real estate market.
